EASTLAKE—North team manager Austin Siracusa suited up for the Rangers on Friday in their Western Reserve Conference showdown with Mayfield and he even earned his first career start.
Siracusa made the most of his opportunity by scoring the first two points of the game.
The Wildcats recovered and went on to beat the Rangers, 67-46.
Four different Wildcats scored in double figures in the win.
North’s Jason Reik scored a game-high 20 points on six 3-pointers and a pair of free throws. Kyle Randle and Cam Brown pitched in with six points each.
